Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship within the USA only. Shipping is one flat rate per order, set by what is in it:

  • Tokens: $6.00
  • Deck boxes: $9.00
  • Gadgets: $9.00

An order that mixes them pays the highest of these rates, once. Orders whose items total $75.00 or more ship free.

Lead times

Everything is printed to order, so each product page shows its own lead time: how long printing and packing take before your order ships. Delivery time comes on top.

Change of mind

Everything is made to order, so items can't be returned for a change of mind. If a print arrives with a defect, we'll reprint it free. You can cancel for a full refund until we start building your order.

Made to order

Items with custom text are made for you alone, so they can't be returned.

To report a defect or cancel an order, contact us with your order number.

Safety

Contains small magnets and small parts — keep away from children and pets.
