Terms

Haunter 3D is a store run by Nova Web Design LLC, a California limited liability company. Nova Web Design LLC sells made-to-order 3D prints and ships them within the USA.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and shipping is charged as set out on Shipping & returns.

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We then print it, and the lead time on each product page is our estimate of when it ships.

Defects, items with custom text and cancellations are covered on Shipping & returns.

Each design belongs to its designer and is printed under licence. Buying a print gets you the print, not any right to the design.

Privacy

“We” means Nova Web Design LLC, the company that runs Haunter 3D.

There are no accounts to sign up for. When you order, we keep your name, email address, shipping address and what you bought. We use them to make and ship your order, and keep them for our fulfilment and tax records.

These services run parts of the shop for us:

• Stripe takes payments. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Resend sends the order emails.
• Sanity holds the catalogue: products, photos and prices. It holds no customer data.
• Vercel Analytics counts page views anonymously, without cookies.
• Supabase stores the order records, and Vercel hosts the site.
• Discord carries new-order notifications to the shop.
